MEET OUR STAFF!

OFFICE MANAGEMENT

Laure VanAsselt is our office manager. She has been with Dr. Mark for 11 years, and is also one of our technicians. Laure enjoys traveling and antiquing in her spare time.

RECEPTIONISTS

Linda is our head receptionist. She has been with the company for more years than we care to say. She is one of the friendly faces you will see at the front desk. Linda enjoys spending time with her 3 grandsons. She also has 2 dogs- Maizy and Hunter, many cats, and 4 birds. Recently Linda acquired a new "baby" named Stella. She is an adorable Boston Terrier. She is one busy lady! Linda also does in home cat sitting for many of our clients.

Toni is also a receptionist that you will meet at the front desk. She always has a smile on and willing to help with anything. Toni is married and has 2 beautiful daughters. She also has 2 dogs-Lincoln and Sasha. Toni's kind heart also opens her house to various foster pets awaiting new homes.

Kelly has been with us for about 8 years. She is a well known face to our clients. She is married and has 2 dogs-Abby and an English Springer-Bailey.

Suzanne graces our phones every other weekend. She has a full time job, but enjoys her time at our practice. She has 2 cats-Tristan and Melot who keep her very busy!

Katie is our alternate weekend receptionist who actually started out as a veterinary assistant. Katie's warm heart has opened her doors to several cats- Cornelius (the diabetic), Jagger, Dougal, and most recently, Simon.

Wendy is a jack of all trades. She can be found up front at the receptionist desk, or in the back helping out as a technician. She has 3 dogs, and a son. She is also a dedicated hockey mom.

TECHNICIANS

Dawn is the senior technician at the clinic. She has been with us for 11years. She is our surgery tech, overseeing anesthesia, recovery, and more. Dawn is engaged and has 1 son. She also has 6 rottweilers- Brutus, Brie, Belle, Griz, Oakley, and Bruno, and 2 Pit-Bulls-Dozer and Shoney. Shoney is a rescue Dawn brought back from Louisiana when she went down for a week to help in the rescue efforts. In addition, she devotes some of her time to Rottweiler Rescue. She is also the webmaster for our site.

Niki is also one of the technicians you will encounter at our clinic. Niki has been with us for 6 years. She also does surgery and out patient. Niki is married and has 2 sons. She also has 2 Shih Tzus- Baxster and Billie. Niki is also our clinic's safety officer, ensuring the safety of all of the staff.

Sandy is also member to our technical staff. She works part time at our clinic. Sandy has 2 grandsons, and 2 Great Danes named Powder and Magenta.

Denise is one of our full time technicians. She brings many years of experience to our clinic. Denise has 2 dogs, Shorty and Shmutz. She also has several cats. In her spare time she dog sits for some of our clients.

VETERINARY ASSISTANTS

Kari is one of our extraordinary vet assistants. She has been with the company for many years. Kari prides herself in keeping the clinic clean and lending a hand when needed. Kari has 2 cats, and a turtle. She recently received her Bachelor's Degree. We are very proud of her.

Lauri is also a vet assistant and a part time receptionist. Lauri helps us out when she is not busy teaching at her new full time position. Laurie has a lab named Tasha. She also volunteers for Habitat for Humanity on a regular basis.

Beth is our full time veterinary assistant. She has 2 dogs, Gracie and Brandy. In her spare time she teaches drums to various high school marching bands.

Laura is also a member of the Alsager team. She is currently taking courses at Eastern so she can enter the Police Academy. She has a passion for animals, and is a quick learner. Laura is also a member of the Canton Police Explorers.

Juliet helps us out wherever she is needed. She is currently going to Baker to fill her prerequisites to enter the Technician program. Juliet is a great help to the technicians.

Trista is the quietest member of Alsager's. She is currently going to school for her degree. Trista has a kind heart and is great with the animals.
